4. Some of our products are delivered via a system whereby you will be contacted the phone number you provide to arrange a particular date for delivery. It is imperative that you are available at the delivery address on the arranged date. If you are not you will be charged an administration fee to cover our delivery costs and the cost of the product being shipped back to us.
